Seitaka (制吒迦, Seitaka) and Kongara (矜羯羅, Kongara) are two of Raionji's underlings. Seitaka is a wall-sized man and Kongara is extremely flexible and has a steel hard garb. Both of them fight by Kangara bending himself into a ball and Seitaka throwing him. Both are defeated by just one of Akira's punches. When Raionji is defeated they give him the bill for all his merchandises.
