Anga Darutani (達谷 庵我, Darutani Anga) is the banchou of the Shibuya District. He is the Shageki (Gunshot) Banchou. Darutani is a gun loving man who join the 23 Districts Project to turn Japan into a safe gun society. He saved a father and son from a gang but Machine Banchou came in and defeated him with ease.
