Dr. Tsukina (月菜, Tsukina) is the co-creator of AT-KM-100 along Kouichirou Kagimiya. Dr. Tsukina wanted Machine Banchou to find his own free will and become his own person. Tsukina later died in unknown circumstances.
Appearance[]
Tsukina have short blonde hair and wearing a white lad coat. Tsukina has a striking resemblance to Tsukimi Sakura which is why Machine Banchou is fond of her.
Personality[]
Tsukina personality is kind of like Tsukimi but more mature. Tsukina is a kind and caring woman who cared for Machine Banchou a lot. She saw Machine Banchou more as a person than a machine and wanted him to find his own free will, against Kagimiya way of thinking about machines.
